Post-purchase support campaign
Owners Club is an ongoing email product support campaign with associated landing pages on cat.com. After purchasing a machine, owners are invited to participate in the program, which provides ongoing support information about the machine that was purchased. Each email and landing page is focused on a specific concern for machine owners, including machine features, maintenance schedules, related equipment, and relevant digital services. Each page also links back to a hub page for the machine family, acting as a library for all of the content in the program.
My role has been the creation and maintenance of the pages in Adobe Experience Manager for cat.com, making sure they comply with Cat brand and digital guidelines, and function as expected on mobile and desktop. I also create any necessary imagery for the pages, adhering to an established look and feel. I have been the main developer for these pages since 2017. While I've been involved, I have performed multiple migrations for the project involving a new visual style and functionality for cat.com as a whole, major updates to the AEM platform affecting page functionality, and a complete visual overhaul of the project.
